Responsibilities

The selected person will be responsible, among other tasks, for:

> Collaborating in the guest check‑in and check‑out process.
> Assisting in guest service throughout their stay, providing information about the hotel’s services and facilities.
> Advising guests on tourism-related services.
> Monitoring the hotel key readings and ensuring proper management.
> Showing interest in resolving issues that may arise within the work area.
> Helping to ensure compliance with the hotel’s policies, procedures, and standards.
> Managing telephone switchboard calls and connecting them with the relevant departments.
