Responsibilities
The selected person will be responsible, among other tasks, for:
> Accompany guests to their assigned rooms, assisting with their luggage. > Warmly welcome our guests and attend to their requests. > Manage guest luggage at the front desk. > Provide information about the hotel’s services. > Recommend and inform guests about the city’s tourist attractions. > Help ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and standards. > Support the front desk by handling telephone switchboard calls and connecting them with the appropriate departments.
